Terms & Conditions

Property Action Group and its owners (hereafter Property Action Group or PAG, us, our, we) and the user wishing to access our services (hereafter members, member, user, you, your) are agreeing to a set of terms and conditions as laid out below. It is hereby understood and accepted that PAG is a professional, members support only, online business network that brings Property Owners together through a shared interest in doing business and obtaining knowledge through experience. We do not offer Financial Advice we provide support strategies and tactical solutions. based upon experiences that many members will have also had. This is not a public social network. Any information added by you when registering or content added to the network will be identified and used as business information, business intelligence and shall be treated as publicly available.

These terms and conditions are effective from December 2018 and may be updated at any time, any and all updates will be displayed on this page so please revisit this page regularly to ensure you are aware of the latest terms and conditions at all times.

These terms and conditions override any contrary terms or conditions published by us or anyone else at any time in relation to our network. PAG our services, membership offers, special offers, any membership subscription, competitions or any other information and services provided by us.

By using PAG, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which shall take effect upon your first use of this website and continue until your membership expires.
If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following Terms and Conditions, please do not access and/or use our service. Unauthorised or public use is strictly prohibited and protected against.


PAG and its owners, wherever necessary, required by law and clearly outlined and identified as a legislational requirement for the processing and management of business information are committed to working towards compliance with all regulations relating to your right of privacy, the right of removal and the right of protection with regards to your PII as a citizen in any country or state where we operate our services in any given jurisdiction.

Personally identifiable information (PII), or sensitive personal information (SPI), as used in information security and privacy laws, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, citizen or to identify an individual in context.

As a private business support network and in making every effort to reduce the amount if any PII we request from you, we do not ask you for any personally identifiable information (PII), we do not display or provide access to any email addresses and we have been clear that any information that you provide is to be deemed and treated by any parties as publicly available business information. We are committed to the principles and objectives of the regulations protecting PII and a part of this commitment is to be clear and concise about exactly what we do with the information you provide, why it is required, your rights to view, change or remove any information you have provided and how we protect that information, even when it is not PII.

For your convenience, we have clearly titled every section of our terms & conditions and provided in depth sections that clearly define our policies.

As a part of our registration process you will be required to tick a box accepting these terms and conditions and in doing so giving your explicit consent for PAG to process and manage the information that you provide to our service before you can proceed through the registration process.


In order to use our service, you must subscribe to one of our membership packages. Once removed, we cannot reinstate your information as it has been automatically, permanently, erased from our systems.

Once you have established the subscription level that you feel is right for your need, you can upgrade to any paid subscription level you choose at any time.
The benefit of membership comes from being part of an online community network of like-minded professionals and utilising the connectivity and opportunities afforded to the membership through our platform, once registration is completed you are a member of the PAG community.

The Membership Contract

When you complete your online registration on PAG, you are making a contract to join PAG as a specific membership type for the agreed period of your chosen membership level, if Annual Membership is selected you are entering into a 12-month agreement with Tangent Property Services Limited, renewable on an annual basis.

When you register your membership on PAG, you are providing PAG and its owners with the appropriate explicit consent in your country to handle, process and manage any information you provide on our platform at any time in accordance with the regulatory requirements in your country relating to the way personally identifiable information is handled, managed or processed in that jurisdiction.

As a member only support network, we do not ask for or require any personal data and you accept that any data or content that you provide on PAG at any time will be deemed, treated and handled, managed or processed as the information provided by you that is the publicly available information for your requirements.

There is not and shall not at any time be a provision for written or verbal registration to PAG, we do not at any time accept, transfer or export any physical data, the only data or information we hold about your situations is the content that you have added to our system yourself, you have the ability to view, access, edit, change or remove any or all of this data at any time by logging into your members account and updating or deleting your profile.

Application, Renewal & Removal of Membership

All members must join Property Action Group via the online business registration form and provide all of the required information in the subscription form, you will then receive a confirmation email once your registration process is complete.
A contract is formed at the point we send the email notification of registration to the email address you provided in your registration.

Membership of PAG is for an agreed set period of 12 months and requires a renewal to continue the use of PAG. Your paid subscription to PAG shall auto renew on the anniversary of your registration until cancelled by you, members are responsible for managing their membership, information, the content that they add and the support relationships they build on PAG.

Members may leave PAG at any time but the membership shall continue to run for the entire agreed period of their membership, after which, if the membership is not renewed or upgraded the membership will be automatically cancelled by our system and all member details, connections and content automatically removed / deleted from the systems and databases.

We do not hold any data beyond the point of termination, so we will not be able to recover any information if you change your mind after the point of termination. This is an automated process and has been built to protect the integrity of the business data we hold by design and to ensure your right of removal, also known as your right to be forgotten.

All PAG members agree that failure to adhere to these terms and conditions, formal complaints, or any action which could bring into disrepute the standing or reputation of PAG, the operation, or our members may result in a review of membership, suspension of membership or immediate removal of membership without recourse. This includes providing any false or misleading information when completing the registration form or altering or adding any misleading data or content to our system.

PAG reserves the right to remove, suspend or delete any member for any reason at any time without recourse or refund and any outstanding fees will be paid by you until the end of your agreement or agreed period with us, any such decision taken will be at the sole discretion of Property Action Group, its owners and its providers without exception.

External Providers

Any external or third-party providers of a benefit or service offered to, or included within, the membership on PAG will have absolute discretion in relation to the provision of their services, membership of PAG does not guarantee that any external provider will accept any application from any member for the provision of any services they provide.

We do not and shall not at any time provide either access to or copies of your data or information to any external or third-party providers for any reason whatsoever unless the product is a part of your membership package such as any Insurance products that are provided as a part of membership and there is a regulatory requirement for the provider to have those details in order to deliver such products or if we are legally obliged to do so by court order.

The only visible information on our system is the information you provided as a business member on your member profile on PAG and all such data is kept exclusively on our systems in our secure online member to member environment.

All special offers or services provided by third party or external providers are provided directly to you from their own facilities via their own application forms and will be subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions, Property Action Group does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered as a result of a fault, error or omission in the provision, delivery or acceptance of these services.

PAG reserve the right to change our external providers without prior notice and our decision on the services provided is final.

Data Protection, Data Use & Right to Access

As a network dedicated to customer support, PAG does not hold any personal identifiable data about you as an individual citizen in any country, the only data we do hold is the agreed business data you provide to us when you subscribe to our support network. As a member of PAG, the data you provide will be used for permission based member to member communications, marketing and promotions via the Network, notifications from PAG to our members, statistical and analytical purposes, business networking and to administer your membership.

PAG is committed to protecting the privacy of the information you provide on our systems and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience that you can get anywhere. We have a number of security safeguards in place both on our dedicated servers and on each individual network to protect against any forms of digital intrusion.

We cannot go into detail about the security systems we operate as this could harm the integrity of the security in our systems by informing undesirable elements in a public environment about the systems they may trying to work around.

We never produce hard copies, exports or posts of our databases and they are never transferred used from or kept on any forms of portable device in order to eradicate any and all forms of physical intervention pertaining to the business data on our system.

You have live access to all of the data we hold on your account, you can access this by logging into your account and selecting edit your profile, this will enable you view, edit or delete any information in a live environment. If you want a hard copy of your data, then you will need to request this and this process is covered further down in our terms.
Property Action Group is a private, members only, platform that is not and cannot be accessed, opened or viewed by anyone who is not a registered, logged in, fully subscribed member of PAG.

As a paid subscription member, your data is never visible in any public domain or unauthorised person unless you request otherwise. This would be by requesting for your profile to be made public to the search engines. Even then it will only be the business name, business address and business website address.

PAG also use the information we collect about your account to protect against credit card fraud, to provide a personalised experience, and to notify you about enhancements to PAG and any offers or promotions that we believe you or your business will want to know about.

By registering your account on and using PAG, you give your explicit consent to the collection, use, management and processing of the information you provide by PAG. If we decide to change our privacy policy at any time, we will post those changes on this page and notify all members internally so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

All communications will be directly from PAG without exception, we do not pass data of any kind to any third party at any time and for any reason, the data we collect never actually leaves our server or systems at any time. Any data provided is exclusively for the use of PAG and its members for the requirements of business networking.

PAG is a permission based, peer to peer, business support network, this means that our entire network is in a private member to member environment and if a member wishes to connect with you, you will be required to accept this approach by clicking the accept approach button, this is giving your explicit consent to connect with the other member making the request, this is also the case when you make a connect request to any other member.

All actions from registration, through to posting content is logged, time and date stamped. This is also the case for every time you log into and out of the platform in your city, this enables us to ensure when posts are made and placed on the system in the right chronological order, these statistics are also used internally for analytical purposes and measuring peak flows on our resources.

If you wish to obtain a copy of any data held by us, then please simply login to your account on PAG and click on the change your profile information button, everything we hold can be found there. If you want a printed copy of the information we hold, we would need to run a specific export of your information into a physical format for you and the request would need to be made officially via our contact form.
Please note that you will be charged a fee of £20 for this service and all exports will be in the form of a CSV (the most popular electronical transmissible data format). Once your information is in a physical form and sent to you, we are no longer responsible for this data in this form.

You will be asked to provide proof of your identity and for information that might help to locate the data you are seeking or you can login to your account at any time to see any and all of your data for free.

If you believe that any of the information we hold concerning your membership is incorrect or out of date or in any way personally identifiable information that you do not or did not provide under these terms and conditions as agree to be deemed and treated as publicly available business data, please visit the website, log into PAG and update or remove your details directly in the edit my details area of the network, keeping your information up to date and only supplying information that you are willing to be deemed as business data is a requirement of being a member of Property Action Group.

Data Protection via the Website

PAG makes every effort to ensure that the information we provide on our website is accurate.  However, we cannot guarantee that the information added by either yourself, our members or our suppliers is correct at the time of reading it and accept no liability for any information given via this website.

Even if data encryption is used, the security of information transmitted via the internet cannot be guaranteed.  We use the latest SSL technology as well as secure server firewalls and individual network firewalls and security systems to protect both our service and the information you place upon it. Any losses incurred or sustained by users who transmit information by electronic means shall be borne solely and exclusively by such user and in no event, shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by PAG or it's owners.
PAG have completed a number of large scale risk assessments on our platforms and have developed a standalone platform in a secure environment that we test, attack and attempt to bypass security on a regular basis, this test platform is identical in every way to our PAG platforms and enables us to probe for any weaknesses on an ongoing basis.

In the unlikely event of a data breach, our systems are designed to automatically detect the attempt, raise an alarm with our administrational team and shut down the entire server immediately, we then analyse the attempted breach, identify if there was indeed a breach and take any required actions to notify the correct authorities within 24-hours of the alarm. As covered we only hold business data and as such this information is already in the public domain or has been agreed as publicly available business information under these terms and conditions.

We neither take, nor hold, any financial transaction data, all transactions are made on secure, known payment gateways through the Terms and Conditions provided by the payment gateway providers directly.

PAG is committed to protecting the privacy of the information you provide on our systems and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience that you can get anywhere. We have a number of security safeguards in place both on our servers and individual network to protect against any forms of digital intrusion and we never produce hard copies of our databases in order to eradicate any and all forms of physical intervention pertaining to the data we hold.

PAG is not a data mining organisation and does not sell, trade or rent any personal information to others, unless we have your proven, specific and explicit consent to do so, we simply use the information we collect on our site to enhance your experience and to help your business to connect with other businesses on the same private business platform.
PAG reserve the right to access and disclose any individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly or to protect itself or its users.

Expectation of Privacy

As a member of a business network you understand and agree that it is expected that other members of the network will be able to see your profile information in order to decide if they wish to connect with you or not, this means that any information or content that you add to city business links, apart from your email address and contact numbers will be visible to other members on the network and you accept that this is fully within your expectation of privacy without exception.

If you are joining Property Action Group on behalf of a limited Company, PLC, Public Body or Authority then the details you add are for a legal entity and not an individual person or citizen in any given jurisdiction and as such you understand and accept that this information does not come under the interpretation of PII and is already in the public domain.
If you are joining PAG as a sole trader or individual who owns or on behalf of a none limited company business then your expectation of privacy may be different as the information that you add to our system is that of an individual running a business and could be deemed or treated as PII, however this information may already be within the public domain when you promote your business and our terms and conditions clearly state that as a business network the information or content that you add to our system is to be deemed as and treated as publicly available business information.

The information and content you provide has to be visible to the other members of PAG in order for the service to function as a business network, to this end you agree and accept that your expectation of privacy is no more than would be expected for a Limited Company and you are giving PAG and its owners your explicit consent for its owners to process, manage and make available this information to the members of Property Action Group.

Any and all information added to PAG will be protected and managed as laid out in this document and as covered, will never be provided to any third-party organisation or put into any physical medium, you will also have the ability to login to PAG and edit, change or remove any information you add at any time.

If you do not want your information to be visible to other members of PAG then please do not join the network as this visibility is a fundamental part of the function and operations of the PAG support facility and is required for any form of networking and knowledge building to take place.

Accuracy of Information & Liabilities.

PAG as far as it is able, has taken all reasonable care that the content of this Network is correct and publishes such information in good faith. As a member of PAG, you acknowledge and accept that PAG cannot and has not checked the accuracy of any information provided by its members and you accept that the information listings may include errors.

PAG will not be responsible for errors, omissions or any misleading information to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law whether by statute or otherwise. PAG will not be liable to you or anyone under any circumstances for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on PAG , including any service or facility that it provides.


Users are advised to check the accuracy of the information on this website, including dates of events with organisers and any additional information with the providers of the information.

PAG grants no warranties, whether expressed or implied, by statute or otherwise, that PAG is free from any errors, PAGis provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether expressed or implied by law) to the full extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security or accuracy.

PAG does not warrant that functions contained in the Network will be uninterrupted or error free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Network or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. As a condition for your use of PAG including any service or facility, you agree to indemnify PAG from and against any liability, damage or loss that you or PAG incurs or suffers as a result of any action, inaction or omission on your part.

Our liability to you will not extend to any membership related benefits, goods or services provided by an external provider or another member.  We specifically exclude liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your involvement in whatever manner with an external provider, member of this network or this website. Any decision made in relation to purchasing goods and/or services as a result of information obtained from PAG is your sole responsibility.

Ownership, Copyright and Trademarks

The content of this website belongs exclusively to PAG and its owners, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you or any other party may NOT copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use any of PAG content or services in any way except for your own use as a member of PAG.

You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the PAG content even for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any use of this content requires the prior written permission of PAG and its owners.

The names, images and logos identifying PAG, its owners and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and are to be classed as trademarks of PAG and its owners. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of PAG or its providers.

Where you are invited to submit any contribution to PAG (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant PAG a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution into other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in our policy, if you do not want to grant to us the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to PAG.

By submitting content to PAG, you submit that all images, text and work provided is your own original work and free from any copyright infringements and or that you have the right to make it available to PAG for the purposes specified and that this work is not defamatory and does not infringe any law or any other partie’s rights in any way.
By submitting contributions to PAG, you agree to fully indemnify PAG, its owners and any of its services against all legal charges, fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by our business as a result of your breach of any copyright, contractual or any other obligations or warrants or for any direct breach of these terms and conditions without exception.

Purchasing Information

PAG and its owners are not payment process providers, any and all payment facilities are integrated into our systems and provided by the party identified when a purchase is being made, any and all transactions and transaction information that is processed is processed under the payment gateway providers own terms and conditions. Our systems have the ability to integrate with over 20 payment gateway providers, depending on the provider you select will determine the terms and conditions that your transaction falls under,
For the purposes of clarity, we have outline 2 examples of this below;

Some purchases through PAG are handled by PayPal.  A PayPal account is not required to make a purchase. All purchases made through the use of PayPal are subject to PayPal’s Terms and Conditions for the processing of that purchase.

Some purchases through PAG are handled by Stripe.  A Stripe account is not required to make a purchase but a credit card is required. All purchases made through the use of Stripe are subject to Stripes' Terms and Conditions for the processing of that purchase.

Value Added Tax

All prices displayed on PAG exclude Value Added Tax unless otherwise stated.

Credit Card Payment

If you are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for your membership subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details.

When a purchase is made, you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder to make the said purchase.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law.  You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.

If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these Terms are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms and replaced with a more compliant term, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third parties

A person who is not party to these terms shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.


These terms and conditions may change at any time.  The most recent published edition of these terms and conditions will be binding upon all members.

Members may exit the contract if they do not accept any proposed variation by ending their membership of PAG at which point their membership shall remain inactive until such times as it automatically terminates and is automatically, permanently removed from our systems.


Certain levels of membership on PAG provide the ability for members to add their own events and to sell or provide their own tickets for the said events. All tickets are emailed to the purchaser via PAG to the email address they entered at the time of purchase, this must be the purchasing members email address. Before booking onto an event, please ensure you have read the event details, locations and content to ensure the event will meet your needs as we will not be held liable for any events that are held by our members.

When creating an event, you will need to enter your PayPal account ID to receive payment for your ticket, tickets will only be sent out by PAG upon completed purchase.

PAG will not and shall not accept any liability under any circumstances for any and all events, the creation and delivery of events and the purchase of tickets is strictly between the event organiser and the entity buying the said ticket. To this end you hereby agree to indemnify and hold fully indemnified PAG and its owners against any purchase that you make using any of our systems at any time.

By creating an event or purchasing a ticket you agree to indemnify PAG and its owners from and against any liability, damage or loss that you may incur in either the sale of the ticket and the organising of an event and against the purchase of a ticket to a member created event.

On occasion PAG, does charge an agreed fee with relation to ticket sales, this fee does not form any legal agreement or liability with relation to the event, the fee is purely for administrational purposes and has nothing to do with any of the events or the liabilities associated to an event or ticket purchase.

Special Offers

Certain levels of membership on PAG provide the ability for members to access special offers, discounts and business beneficial services, many of these services are provided by third party or external providers and some are provided by other members of our network.

Whilst you can access these offers through PAG, PAG are not the provider of these offers and as such are not liable to you for any offers that you may want to take advantage of, all offers are provided directly from the provider under their own terms and conditions, without exception.

When you take a featured offer you will be taken to the providers website to apply for the offer, if the offer is not via a featured provider but rather a member then you will either be presented with a voucher to obtain your offer or be taken to the website they have added for you to take the offer.

Any parties wishing to add offers as a featured offer must have first completed the offer providers form, have agreed to our terms and conditions of supply and have signed the Property Action Group providers agreement before their offer is considered for addition to PAG.

If a member wishes to add a special offer onto PAG, they will need to have have completed the vendor registration form that you can only access as a paid member. Once vendor registration is complete the paid member can add their own offer to our system. paid member offers are not featured, in order for one of these offers to become featured the member will need to go through the same process as a third party offering.

Our liability to you will not extend to any membership related benefits, goods or services provided by an external provider or another member.  We specifically exclude liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your involvement in whatever manner with an external provider, member of this network or this website. Any decision made in relation to purchasing goods and/or services as a result of information obtained or offers taken on PAG is your sole responsibility without exception.

PAG reserves the right to remove any offering, discount or service from any areas of our network and reserves the right to remove any offers from the network without notice at any time at the sole discretion of PAG.

Document Vaults

Different levels of membership provide access to different types of Document vaults for the members to access subject to these terms and conditions.

The documents are provided as a business learning aid and are for members use only and come under our copyright section of these terms and conditions.

The documents in the document vaults are not the property of the member and may not be the property of PAG, they are provided on an "AS IS" basis, as a support tool and advice centre for business owners and entrepreneurs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you may NOT copy, reproduce, republish, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use any of documents in any way except for your own none commercial use.

You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of documents and ensure that all copyrights, trademarks and branding remain intact.

The documents are provided as a form of guidance and should be taken as that, always double check on any information provided to ensure it is still relevant and correct, as we said the information provided whilst vast in its depth is general information and advice.

You may not at any time sell or make any form of commercial gain from the documents provided as this would infringe on both these terms and conditions and the copyright regulations that are in place, anyone and we mean anyone found in breach of this clause will be dealt with in the harshest manner possible and any actions and remedies that are available to PAG or its owners will be taken against you without exception.

By accessing these documents on PAG, you agree to fully indemnify PAG, its owners and any of its services against all legal charges, fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by our business as a result of your use of these documents or any breach of any copyright, contractual or any other obligations or warrants or for any direct breach of these terms and conditions without exception.

Network Copyright Policy

PAG and its owners believe in respecting and protecting the rights of intellectual property owners. This is not only a question of ethics, but also of law. Advances in electronic communication and technology, such as the Internet, have had a dramatic impact on the way PAG and its associated businesses conducts business, and have greatly facilitated our access to a wide range of information and media. As a result, the risk of copyright infringement, either intentional or accidental, is of increasing concern.

The goal of this policy is to inform the users of our services on rules and procedures relating to copyright law compliance.

Referenced Copyright Laws
Copyright Act (Title 17 of the US Code) – Authorized in Article I of the US Constitution, which states that Congress is allowed to pass legislation “to promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts by security for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries.”

Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 – This law provides recourse for owners of copyrighted materials who believe their rights have been infringed on the Internet.

  • PAG reserves the right to monitor end user systems and the content stored therein. PAG also reserves the right to remove, delete, modify, or otherwise disable access to any materials found to be infringing on copyright.
  • By reading this policy, a user of any of our services will indemnify and hold PAG harmless for any breach of this policy or copyright law.
  • No users of any of our services or visitors to any of our websites may NOT reproduce any copyrighted or other work in violation of the law. Works are protected by US copyright law even if they were not produced in this country.
  • Copyrighted materials in the US are not required by law to be registered, unlike patents and trademarks, and may not be required to carry the copyright symbol (©). Therefore, a copyrighted work may not be immediately recognizable. Assume material is copyrighted until proven otherwise.
  • If a work is copyrighted, you must seek out and receive express written permission of the copyright holder to reproduce the copyrighted work in order to avoid violation.
  • Copyrighted works include, but are not limited to: text (e.g. articles), images (e.g. photographs), graphics (e.g. logos), sound recordings (e.g. MP3s), video recordings (e.g. movies), or software programs.
  • Users of our systems, our legal team, Internet Service Providers and Employees at PAG are encouraged to monitor and report all instances and all breaches of actual or suspected copyright infringement to The PAG copyright agent.

In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DCMA), PAG will respond to all appropriate notices of copyright infringement. PAG may, under appropriate circumstances, remove and/or disable access to material claimed to be infringing upon the intellectual property rights of ourselves or others and will initiate legal action where possible to protect our services and reputation without exception.

Branding Policy

This policy governs the use of all PAG Trademarks and Brands for any purpose.

PAG Trademarks may be used only as permitted by this policy. The following applies to all uses of PAG businesses and Trademarks;

  • The Wordmark is required on all official internal and external communications (excluding e-mail).
  • All International and Domestic Partner Web sites must Display an official Logo of PAG or FIOFRO Limited as provided.
  • In all matters of Official Business, the company Colours of blue and white and/or Branded Elements (available on the Photo Library in the partners area) are required and must appear prominently.
  • Use of the PAG Trademarks in printed and electronic materials must conform to the brand requirements available in the partners area.
  • No PAG Trademark may be altered in any way that has not been approved in writing by PAG or FIOFRO Limited.

Property Action Group approved partner Seal.

The Property Action Group Network Seal is reserved for use on official documents bearing the signature of a member or officer of the Board; the president or a vice president, on official awards; or in connection with events involving the president, a vice president. The Seal may be used only as authorised in relation to contracts and international awards.

he Network Brand

Property Action Group, are official brands of Property Action Group and their providers. All International Partners are expected to use the brand identity that relates to their contract and license whilst still adhering to the group brand requirements above.

Use of PAG or FIOFRO Limited Brands, Trademarks and Logos

  • By Approved International Partners and Domestic Licensed Partners.
  • All Licensed parties are required to use the Wordmark and Logo, in connection with all business and may do so as approved in the signed license agreement.

No individual, Unlicensed Business or employee may use any Logos, Brand or Trademark, or the official Web template, or refer to his or her affiliation with Property action Group, in any manner that suggests or implies PAG or their providers support or endorsement of a point of view or personal or political opinion, business, activity, movement, or program that is not an Official PAG business or without written agreement under an instance. If there is potential for confusion in a statement describing affiliation with PAG or any of our brands, one should dispel confusion through the use of a disclaimer stating that PAG and their suppliers is not involved in the business, activity, movement, or program.

By Associated Organisations
Foundations and other associated organisations that have entered into Memoranda of Understanding with Property Action Group or their providers, as defined in the policies of the Board, may use the Network Logo as provided in such memoranda. All use must be in connection with their Network related activities and must comply with all policies and procedures of PAG and their providers.

Prohibited Uses of Trademarks

No Endorsements
Neither the name of Property Action Group nor any of its partners Trademarks, including the company Colours, may be used in any way that gives a false impression, is misleading, or could cause confusion regarding PAG relationship with any person or entity. Specifically, neither the name of PAG nor any Partners Trademark may be used to characterise PAG user of a product or service, or as having conducted research relating to a commercial product or program, or in any other way to convey or imply the endorsement of a commercial product or service.

General Prohibition
Neither the name of Property Action Group nor any Partners Trademark may be used in connection with any person, entity, product, or service with which the association could adversely affect PAG image or standing or that would for any other reason be inappropriate for an International company.

If a violation of this policy is identified, PAG will be required to work with the Legal Department to determine the action needed, which may include redesign and reprinting of materials, license removal, financial easing. With respect to all violations of this policy, PAG reserves its right to seek appropriate remedies under applicable International and Local law.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or non-performance of its obligations by reason of matters beyond its control including, but not limited to, any act of terrorism, war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or government order, fire, flood or storm, strikes, or any other industrial dispute, delay in transit, power failure, postal delay, or any event that cannot be reasonably be planned for or avoided.
